Founded in 1960, Oak Lane Golf & Country Club sits on nearly 175 lush acres in Woodbridge, CT, just seven miles from Yale University and downtown New Haven, and close to both the Merritt Parkway, Routes 15 and 8 and Connecticut Interstate 95. We offer a full spectrum of recreational opportunities with our par 72, 18-hole championship golf course, 8 Har-Tru® tennis courts (two of which are enclosed in our heated bubble from the fall through to the spring), plus three swimming pools; an Olympic-sized family pool, a kiddie pool and a very private, adults only pool. As host to many community affairs, we host an Annual Celebrity Charity Tournament which over the course of the past ten years has raised over one-half million dollars for local charities. Our “Thanksgiving for the Kids”dinner offers 250 children, a day of fun and suprises. The charity committee is also a part of delivering new gifts and toys to the children’s units of nearby Connecticut hospitals. Oak Lane offers customized programs for the business community. Our facilities provide a wireless environment and the latest technological capabilities, with complete audio/visual equipment always available on the premesis. We are able to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to groups from as few as ten, to as many as two hundred. Additionally we offer our facilities to corporate groups for special outings and events. |
